Very cool image. That massive cloud in the background really compositionally helps the dramatic shot of the Sabre.

Steve Benefiel replied:

Thanks ... It is especially nice to receive feedback for something along the lines of composition is really good to hear..Thanks Doug

About Steve Benefiel

Steve Benefiel

I am not real good at this biography stuff but here goes. I guess you could say I am an incurable nostalgic. I've been told I have an old soul. I enjoy the work of illustrators Gibson, Remington, Wyeth. I started getting into photography after retirement. I consider my camera an invaluable tool in my workflow. But just as important is a good base in software. I am teaching myself photoshop and Corel Painter. I learn thru trial and experimentation. Ok enough about me. If you want to know anything else just drop me a line or check out my portfolio website http://oldzero.com
