Very nice work, Steve! You really achieved a great painterly effect. And yes, I can feel the heat in this one.

Steve Benefiel replied:

About Steve Benefiel

Steve Benefiel

I am not real good at this biography stuff but here goes. I guess you could say I am an incurable nostalgic. I've been told I have an old soul. I enjoy the work of illustrators Gibson, Remington, Wyeth. I started getting into photography after retirement. I consider my camera an invaluable tool in my workflow. But just as important is a good base in software. I am teaching myself photoshop and Corel Painter. I learn thru trial and experimentation. Ok enough about me.
