Description
Halfway between the towns of Las Vegas and Tonopah Nevada lies the town of Beaty. Beatty is your typical small-town couple of gas stations a casino and a handful of small little roadside businesses. But a few miles outside of Beatty Nevada lies the ghost town of rhyolite. Those subject to the whims of the weather the hot desert sun rhyolite is still a well-kept ghost town. While staying in the Beatty I had lost my obligatory $20 in the slot machines and went looking for something else to do and that's where I came across the town of rhyolite. While walking around the town I came across the mercantile store or I guess as a use a: General Store. I was impressed with the texture in this photo and was able to work it into a decent rendering. I hope you enjoy it and as always if you have any questions or suggestions go free to drop me a line it's always good to get some sort of feedback on whatever you upload.
